Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Hotel
The Congress Secretariat (ICS - International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau for the the 5th Inter-American Breast Cancer Conference and has secured a special room block for conference attendees at the Host Hotel “Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach” in Cancun, Mexico. The significantly discounted rate is only available to Conference attendees through the Official Housing Bureau (ICS) and is subject to availability.
ROOM RATES:
Junior Suite US $150.00* per room, per night
Master Suite US $360.00* per room, per night
*Rates include complimentary internet access
Taxes are not included in above stated rates. Gratuities in the following amounts will be posted to the individual folios: Housekeeper, $6.00 USD per room, per day and Bell Staff, $7.00 USD per person, roundtrip. These rates are single or double occupancy rates. There will be an additional US $40.00 charge for a third person in a room. No more than three adults per room are allowed. There is no additional charge for up to two children twelve and under when sharing a room with one or two adults.

Hotel Accommodation bookings can be made via the online registration or the hardcopy registration form. You must register for the Congress in order to book accommodation. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTELS.

ACCOMMODATION - CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES
Please contact the Conference Secretariat at iabcc2010-registration@meet-ics.com to make changes to an existing reservation or to cancel your reservation (please do not contact the hotel directly). Cancellations or changes WILL NOT be accepted by phone. All cancellations or changes must be requested in writing by mail, fax or email (preferred).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of one night room and tax which will be applied to the credit card on file or loss of cheque or bank transfer deposit.
Please Note: Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of the hotel reservation and a charge equal to one night room and tax or more will be charged to the credit card number given above or loss of cheque or bank transfer deposit. Please confirm the length of your stay with the hotel at check-in time. Should you decide to leave earlier, the hotel may charge an early departure fee or for all nights reserved.
