Official Language
The official language of the 6th Inter-American Breast Cancer Conference is English.

Physician Accreditation Statement
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of Global Education Group (Global) and International Conference Services, Ltd. Global is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Physician Credit Designation
Global Education Group designates this live activity for a maximum of 18 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

On-site Services
The Registration & Information desk will be available to assist delegates with any questions regarding the Conference.

Letter of Invitation procedures
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend 6th Inter-American Breast Cancer Conference will be issued ONLY after the Registration Form and full payment have been received.

Travel & Health Insurance
It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The organizers of the 6th Inter-American Breast Cancer Conference will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants. The organizing committee will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to Conference participants, either during or as a result of the Conference or during any tours.
