Registration for IABCC 2012 is now open.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Early Registration Deadline on or before May 3, 2012
Regular Registration Deadline on or after May 4, 2012
Late / On-site Registration on or after June 22, 2012



Delegates are welcome to register. There are 3 methods of registration. The preferred method is to register on-line.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM
If you are paying by Credit Card and the Card Holder Name is different from the Registered Delegate Name, you are required to provide a Credit Card Authorization form completed by the Card Holder together with a copy of the front and back of the Credit Card. FULL REGISTRTAION INCLUSIONS:
On-Site Programme & Conference Handouts, Abstract book, Welcome Symposium, , Scientific Programme Sessions, Exhibit Hall Access, Coffee Breaks and Name Badge.

*Students - MUST state the Institution where they are studying or working ________________. As well, students are required to submit an official letter on their Institution’s letterhead OR photocopy of their 2011/2012 Student ID from the Institution where they are studying/ working indicating proof of their Student status. Please fax the proof of Student status or mail to the Conference Secretariat. Registration will not be processed without receipt of this documentation.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
The host hotel is the Gran Meliá Cancún. Information on the host hotel can be found by clicking on the Accommodation TAB.. If you have questions regarding accommodations, please contact iabcc-registration@icsevents.com .

Above rates includes complimentary Internet
Gratuities in the following amounts will be posted to the individual folios: Housekeeper, $4.00 USD per room, per day and Bell Staff, $6.00 USD per person, roundtrip.

RATES AND RESERVATIONS:
Rates quoted are for Conference dates – July 25-28, 2012. Rooms are subject to availability. Reservation deadline is May 25, 2012. Book early to ensure you get a room.

Hotel Accommodation bookings can be made via the online registration or the hardcopy registration form. You must register for the Congress in order to book accommodation. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTELS.

ACCOMMODATION - CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES
Please contact the Conference Secretariat at iabcc-registration@icsevents.com to make changes to an existing reservation or to cancel your reservation (please do not contact the hotel directly). Cancellations or changes WILL NOT be accepted by phone. All cancellations or changes must be requested in writing by mail, fax or email (preferred).

Please note: One Nights Room & Tax will be charged to your Credit Card (by the Hotel) 30 days prior to your arrival and is non-refundable.
